2. Templates & Specifications:
If you or a colleague is doing your artwork, please refer to our Templates & Specifications for detailed requirements. Need a template that’s not there? Please e-mail or call us 1-800-655-1625 and we’ll send it to you when we confirm your order.

If The Gate is designing your project for you, please review our project checklist and call so we can talk about your project’s parameters and design needs. If you’re having The Gate do post-production on an audio master, please review guidelines for submitting your master.

3. Placing your order.
At this point, you’ll need to fill out the order forms and copyright paperwork.

When you’re ready to send all your materials for your project, we HIGHLY recommend sending it through UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, or the Postal Service’s Express Mail. Why? Your project is important and valuable! Sending it using a service that provides a tracking number for your package will help it arrive at The Gate and not be lost. You can also FTP your art to us.

4. Now what?
Once we receive your order, we will either call you or e-mail you to confirm we’ve received it. (And if you send it with a tracking number, companies such as UPS let you track your package on-line! You’ll know when it gets here as soon as we do!) After we receive your order we will set it up to be manufactured. If we find something that needs your attention, we’ll call. Once we have checked the designs we will e-mail you a color proof.

Turnaround times:
5 to 7 business days for basic graphic design. 7 to 10 business days for custom illustration. 3 to 5 business days for provided completed designs to proofing. 7 to 10 days for post-production and mastering. 12 to 14 business days for final project manufacturing.
